Shipping Returns:

    • If the product is damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the customer simply does not like the product, they will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Anime Hero is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly, and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
